World Famous Restaurant near La Jolla Beach
A trip to La Jolla beach isn’t complete without a bike ride, jog, or roller blade trip down to World Famous near Pacific Beach. Known for their good food, great service and scenic views of the Pacific Ocean, World Famous is a hot spot for tourists and locals alike.
“This was my first job out of college,” said bartender Mike Ryan, a five-year employee of the restaurant.
“I really like the people that I work with, we’re all friends and it makes for a great environment.”
Behind the scenes, Sacramento native Kevin Shaw manages the day-to-day activities.
“We see all types of people come through,” said Shaw. “From surfers, surfboarders, boogie boarders, roller bladers, walkers, joggers…we see them all.”
